11 IAS Officers transferred in Rajasthan, Inderjeet Singh made Commissioner and Special Secretary IT Department

Jaipur: In a recent bureaucratic overhauling, the Rajasthan Government has transferred 11 IAS officers within the state. Among the reshuffles, four District Collectors are set to assume new roles in different regions.

Sushma Arora, a 2008 batch Rajasthan cadre IAS officer currently serving as the Managing Director at Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO), has been instructed to resume her previous position as the MD at Rajasthan Cooperative Dairy Federation.

Inderjeet Singh, a 2010 batch Rajasthan cadre IAS officer and the Commissioner of the Rajasthan Housing Board, is reassigned as the Commissioner and Special Secretary of the Information Technology and Communication Department. Additionally, he will serve as the Managing Director of RAJCOMP Info Services Limited, while also assuming the commissioner’s responsibilities at the Rajasthan Housing Board.

Shruti Bhardwaj, a 2013 batch IAS officer serving as the District Collector and Magistrate of Neem Ka Thana, will now take on the role of Collector in Deeg. Similarly, Hanuman Mal Dhaka, a 2014 batch IAS officer currently holding the position of District Collector and Magistrate of Khairthal-Tijara, has been transferred to Dudu.

In other changes, Sharad Mehra, a 2015 batch IAS Officer who was serving as the District Collector and Magistrate of Deeg, will now assume the position of Collector in Neem Ka Thana. Meanwhile, Artika Shukla, a 2016 batch IAS officer serving as the District Collector and Magistrate of Dudu, is transferred to Khairthal-Tijara.

Furthermore, Nakate Shivprasad Madan, a 2011 batch IAS officer, is set to take over as the new Managing Director at RIICO from his current position as the Commissioner of the medical education department. Meanwhile, Iqbal Khan, the incumbent Joint Secretary to the medical education department, will assume the roles of Commissioner of the medical education department and Commissioner of food safety and drug control.
