The General Administration Department of Bihar has issued transfer orders for two IAS officers. Mr. Nirmal Kumar (2011-batch IAS officer), who was serving as Secretary of the Bihar State University Service Commission, has been appointed as the Municipal Commissioner of Sasaram Municipal Corporation, Rohtas, until further orders.
Similarly, Ms. Sahila (2018-batch IAS officer) has been transferred from the position of Joint Secretary, Disaster Management Department, Patna, and posted as Director of Primary Education, Bihar, Patna.
Additionally, the department has transferred the Additional Collector of Joint Secretary Lining, along with other officers of the Bihar Administrative Service, including Star Deputy Secretary and various officials of the basic category, assigning them new postings until further notice.
