Dehradun: The Uttarakhand government has put an end to the speculations going on for a long time regarding transfers. Under which, the list of transfers has finally been released. At present, important changes have been made in the responsibilities of IAS and PCS officers.
In fact, the Uttarakhand government has issued orders related to changes in various responsibilities while releasing the transfer list on May 10. The special thing is that the government has changed the responsibilities of PCS and Secretariat Service officers along with IAS officers.
For a long time, efforts were being made to change the responsibilities of officers in Uttarakhand. It was believed that the government has prepared a list regarding this, but due to various reasons this list is not being released. In such a situation, now finally the state government has given final approval to the list regarding transfers.
After this, the government has issued orders regarding the transfer or change in responsibility of various officers. In the list issued regarding the change in the responsibilities of the officers, the responsibilities of IAS officers, PCS officers and Secretariat Service officers have also been changed.
Transfer of these IAS officers: In this, Chief Secretary Anand Vardhan has been given the responsibility of Chief Resident Commissioner Delhi as well as Chairman in UPCL-Pitkul. Whereas, apart from this, the responsibility of Personnel and Water Resources has also been taken back from him. In the transfer list, Principal Secretary RK Sudhanshu has been given the responsibility of Principal Secretary Finance as well as Director and Chairman Uttarakhand Seed and Terai Development Corporation Limited.
Principal Secretary LL Fanai has been given the responsibility as Commissioner of Infrastructure Development. Secretary Shailesh Bagauli has been given the responsibility of Secretary Personnel and Vigilance Department. The responsibility of AYUSH and AYUSH Education has been taken back from IAS Ravinath Raman. Similarly, the responsibility of Commissioner Revenue Council has also been taken back from IAS Chandresh Yadav.
At the same time, the post of Secretary of AYUSH has been removed from IAS Deependra Chaudhary. The responsibility of State Property has been taken back from IAS Vinod Kumar Suman. Whereas, Sridhar Babu has been given the responsibility of Planning. IAS C Ravishankar has been given the responsibility of Secretary Forest Department. Ranveer Singh Chauhan has been given additional responsibility of state property.
The responsibility of Inspector General Registration and Commissioner Tax has been removed from IAS Ahmed Iqbal. IAS Sonika has been given the responsibility of Commissioner Tax and Mela Adhikari Kumbh Mela. IAS Ranjan Rajguru has been given the responsibility of Secretary Revenue Council.
IAS Dev Krishna Tiwari has also been given the additional responsibility of Chief Executive Officer. Apart from this, the responsibility of Kumbh Mela has been taken back from IAS Karmendra Singh. IAS Mayur Dixit has been given the additional responsibility of Vice President District Development Authority Tehri.
Removing the responsibility of Additional Secretary Tourism from IAS Abhishek Ruhela, he has been given the responsibility of Additional Secretary School Education and Director General School Education. IAS Jharna Kamthan has been given the responsibility of Additional Secretary Finance. The responsibility of Additional Secretary Social Welfare has been taken back from IAS Gaurav Kumar.
IAS Ravneet Cheema has been given the responsibility of Additional Secretary Social Welfare and Commissioner Divyangjan. The responsibility of Social Welfare has been removed from IAS Prakash Chandra. IAS Varun Agarwal has been made Chief Development Officer Tehri. Similarly, IAS Anamika has also got the responsibility of Chief Development Officer Nainital.
These PCS officers were transferred: On the other hand, among the PCS officers, PCS Bansi Lal Rana has now got the responsibility of Additional Chief Executive Officer Tourism. PCS Ramdatt Paliwal has got the responsibility of Additional Director Dr. RS Tolia Uttarakhand Administration Academy. PCS Chandra Singh has got the responsibility of Director Social Welfare.
PCS Ashok Kumar has got the responsibility of Controller of Examinations Uttarakhand Public Service Commission. PCS Vipra Trivedi has got the responsibility of Secretary Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission. PCS Abhishek Tripathi has been made Chief Development Officer Chamoli. The responsibility of Joint Chief Administrator Uttarakhand Housing and Urban Development Authority has been taken back from PCS Tirth Pal.
PCS Prakash Chandra Dumka has got the responsibility of Commissioner Sugarcane Sugar Kashipur. PCS Arvind Kumar Pandey has got the responsibility of Divisional Food Controller Garhwal Region. PCS Awadhesh Kumar has been made Additional District Magistrate Tehri Garhwal.
PCS Dinesh Pratap Singh has been given the responsibility of Joint Chief Administrator Uttarakhand Housing and Urban Development Authority. PCS Pratyush Singh has been given the responsibility of General Manager Garhwal Mandal Development Corporation. Whereas, the responsibility of Secretary Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission has been taken back from Secretariat Service Surendra Singh Rawat.
