Dehradun: 6 IAS officers have been transferred in Uttarakhand on Tuesday 27 August. Joint Magistrates of Almora, Pithoragarh and Pauri have been changed. At the same time, three ISS officers sitting on waiting list have also been given new responsibility. Apart from this, three PCS officers of Dehradun have also been changed.
Joint Magistrate of Almora IAS Varuna Agarwal has been made Joint Magistrate Kashipur. At the same time, Joint Magistrate of Pithoragarh IAS Ashish Kumar Mishra has been made Joint Magistrate Haridwar. Apart from this, Joint Magistrate Pauri IAS Anamika has been made Joint Magistrate Dehradun.
Apart from these three, IAS Deepak Ramchandra Seth has been made Joint Magistrate Pauri. At the same time, IAS Rahul Anand has been made Joint Magistrate Ranikhet. IAS Ashima Goyal has been made Joint Magistrate Nainital. These three IAS officers were in the waiting list.
On the other hand, Dehradun District Magistrate Sonika Singh has also given new responsibility to three officers from her district. Yogesh Mehra, who was handling the responsibility of Chakrata Sub-District Magistrate, has been made Sub-District Magistrate Doiwala. At the same time, Aparna Dhoundiyal has been sent from Doiwala as Chakrata Sub-District Magistrate.
Apart from this, Gauri Prabhat has been removed from the post of Joint Magistrate and has now been given the responsibility of Kalsi Sub-District Magistrate. It is expected that after these transfers, many more IAS and IPS officers may be transferred, the list of which will be released soon.
