Jaipur: In yet another transfer list, the department of personnel (DOP) on Saturday issued an order to shift/appoint seven IAS officers.
Two IAS officers have been transferred twice in the last couple of months. One IAS officer has been given additional charge. Bhawani Singh Detha, who joined as principal secretary to the planning and statistics department on February 1, was transferred to youth affairs and sports department as principal secretary on Saturday. Detha would be replaced by Naveen Jain as secretary to the department who held the charge of the school education department and language and library department.
On the other hand, Krishna Kunal, who joined as secretary to the women and child development department on January 11, would replace Jain as secretary to the school education department and language and library department.
V. Saravana Kumar has been made both secretary and commissioner to the science and technology department. Mohan Lal Yadav, who was the divisional commissioner of Sikar, would replace Kunal as secretary to the women and child development department. Mahendra Soni, who was the additional director general of HCM RIPA, has been made a member of the revenue board.
