IPS Transfer: CBI’s Special Director appointed as National Human Rights Commission’s DG (Investigation)

New Delhi: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Ajay Bhatnagar, IPS of 1989 Jharkhand batch presently serving as Special Director in CBI as the new Director General (Investigation), National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), with pay at Level16 of the Pay Matrix, from the date of joining the post and up to 30.11.2024 i.e. date of his superannuation or till further orders, whichever is earlier.
