Guwahati : Dr. Krishna Kumar Dwivedi, currently serving as the Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister of Assam and Principal Secretary to the Government of Assam in the Power (E) Department, has been assigned an additional responsibility. He has been appointed as the Additional Principal Resident Commissioner at Assam Bhawan in New Delhi.
