Haldwani: Uttarakhand High Court has issued an order rejecting the shifting of the court in Gaulapar. Now the High Court will not be shifted to Gaulapar but somewhere else. Opinion was sought from the litigants including advocates in this matter. A portal will be created to give opinions. At the same time, their opinion will also be sought by giving advertisements in newspapers. A committee was formed to select the city and place. Asked to suggest a place where 7000 advocates can sit along with the court and residence of fifty judges.
