Dehradun: Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority Vice President Banshidhar Tiwari reviewed the map section, unauthorized and infrastructure development works in the authority auditorium on Wednesday and issued necessary instructions.
The Vice President said that a help desk will be set up in the authority office to provide relief to the general public in residential maps. Draftsmen will be deployed at this desk. The purpose of this help desk will be to encourage people to get the maps passed. The Vice President said that there is a provision of self-certified maps for approved colonies on the authority’s website. In such a situation, for the convenience of the people, draftsmen will help them in selecting self-certified maps as well as provide other assistance. In this sequence, he has also directed that it is mandatory to pass the residential maps within 15 days. In view of this, a filter should be given in the authority’s software so that whoever has the file within 15 days gets an alert message. The Vice President has given a strict warning to all the personnel of the map cell that the map should be disposed of within the stipulated time limit in any case. In case of not doing so, he has warned of strict action.
The Vice President has given instructions to start the mitigation camp again after June 4. Also, all the assistant engineers were instructed to get compounding of Rs 10 lakh per month done in each sector. Apart from this, he has asked to make all the 12 sections of the authority completely online. Currently, 7 sections like Nazul, Property, Purchase and Sale etc. are not online. Which will be made online soon. Apart from this, he also instructed that the hearing should also be made completely online so that people do not have to make rounds of the authority. He said that for this an app should be made available by the authority on which people can participate in the hearing process while sitting at home. He instructed to start it from next month. The Vice President has also given instructions to deploy 2 data entry operators in the authority, whose job will be to note down the problems of all the people on time and send them to the concerned.
