As per a circular issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on June 22nd, the Appointments Committee of Cabinet (ACC) has given the nod to the proposal by the government of Andhra Pradesh requesting that Mr. Peeyush Kumar (1997-batch IAS officer) be repatriated to his home cadre in Andhra. Officer Kumar is presently posted as an Additional Secretary in the Department of Commerce under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
