WB: IAS Vivek Kumar Appoints ACS, Land & Land Reform Department

Recently, Mr. Vivek Kumar (1990 batch West Bengal cadre IAS officer), the incumbent Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) in the Forest Department, with additional charges as Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) in the Animal Resources Development Department and OSD in the Biswa Bangla Corporation, Resident Commissioner, New Delhi, was transferred and posted as the Additional Chief Secretary in the Land & Land Reforms and Refugee Relief & Rehabilitation Department and LRC.
