Senior Intelligence Officer Ake Ravi Krishna Repatriated to His Parent Cadre

In a significant development, Ake Ravi Krishna, an IPS officer from the 2006 batch belonging to the Andhra Pradesh cadre, has been repatriated to his home cadre. He was currently serving as Deputy Director in the Intelligence Bureau (IB).
The decision, approved by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet upon the proposal of the Ministry of Home Affairs, was conveyed through an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Tuesday, July 16, 2024.
