Dehradun: Uttarakhand Landslide Mitigation and Management Centre’s (ULMMC) second governing body meeting was held in the Secretariat under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary Radha Raturi. In the meeting, Chief Secretary Radha Raturi approved agenda points such as all the projects approved by the State Executive Committee under SDMF (State Disaster Mitigation Fund), Group Insurance Policy, recruitment to various posts. The Chief Secretary approved various projects approved by the State Executive Committee under SDMF (State Disaster Mitigation Fund) such as Lidar Survey in Uttarkashi, Mussoorie, Gopeshwar, Almora and Nainital, Topography Survey of Nainital City, Land Exploration, Geotechnical Exploration, Appointment of Consultancy Firm for Land Exploration, Geotechnical Exploration, Geophysical Exploration in Bahuguna Nagar Karnaprayag, DPR for Exploration and Mitigation Works of Slope Stabilization of Bypass Road at Mansa Devi Hill Haridwar. The Chief Secretary also approved Term Accident Insurance Scheme for all ULMMC personnel.
Secretary R Meenakshi Sundaram, Vinod Kumar Suman and officials of the concerned departments were present in the meeting.
