Action will be taken against those who take land in an illegal manner
The Chief Minister said that a law is prevalent in Uttarakhand, in which any outsider can buy 250 square meters of land in the area outside the municipal body area without permission. Such a provision is already made in the state. But it has come to light that after the formation of this law, many people have bought land in different names of their own family members. In such a situation, the purposes for which the provision of buying 250 meters of land outside the municipal corporation area was made, it does not come under it. Therefore, the details of all the land that has been purchased outside the municipal corporation area are being prepared. Therefore, such people will be identified and strict action will be taken against them.
Major changes were made in the year 2017
The CM also said that all the land that is found to be purchased in this way will be vested in the state government. It has also come to notice that the changes made in the land law in the year 2017 have not brought positive results. Because according to the changes made in the year 2017, the permission that was to be given at the government level was changed to the district level.
The provisions of the year 2017 can be abolished
Also, 12.5 acres which was its maximum limit was abolished. Therefore, these provisions will also be reviewed. If needed, the new provisions made in the land law in the year 2017 can also be abolished. So that the unhindered purchase and misuse of land through these provisions can be stopped.
Details of land buyers are being prepared: Also, if the people who have bought land within the state for whatever purpose are not using it on the basis of the purpose, details of such lands are also being prepared. Therefore, strict action will also be taken against such people. Also, such lands will also be vested in the state government.
The priority of the state government is investment in the state
The CM said that all these steps being taken with the aim of creating the original form of Uttarakhand need not bother any person who wants to invest in the state and wants to set up industries. Because the priority of the state government is to invest in all the sectors in the state.
