Pradeep Rai has also been the captain of many districts in Uttarakhand. Pradeep Rai is counted as a sharp officer. Apart from being the SP Traffic of Haridwar, Pradeep Rai has also been CO CT Rudrapur in Udham Singh Nagar district in the year 2006, Uttarkashi in the year 2007 and then CO of Mangalore in Haridwar in the year 2008.
