Dehradun: Two officers of Uttarakhand Police have received the gift of promotion. The Home Ministry of the Government of India has issued an order to promote Uttarakhand Police Service officers Sarita Doval and Harish Verma as IPS.
The long wait of two officers of Uttarakhand Police Service is over. The Home Ministry of the Government of India has promoted both these officers as IPS. This includes the name of Sarita Doval, who has held important positions from Dehradun to Haridwar and many other districts. Similarly, Harish Verma has also been included in this list of promotion. Sarita Doval has also been the Haridwar and Dehradun SP Rural.
Let us tell you that while on one hand the Uttarakhand Police Department has promoted two officers today, on the other hand, there is also a discussion going on about the name of the head of Uttarakhand Police i.e. DGP. It is being told that acting DGP Abhinav Kumar is out of the race for permanent DGP. The reason for acting DGP Abhinav Kumar being out of the race is being said to be UP cadre.
