Rudraprayag: Uttarakhand Governor Lieutenant General (Retired) Gurmeet Singh reached Kedarnath Dham on Monday 28 October. Here the Governor visited Baba and also performed special prayers. Apart from Governor Gurmeet Singh, BJP National General Secretary Dushyant Kumar Gautam along with State President Mahendra Bhatt also attended the court of Baba Kedar.
Governor Gurmeet Singh, who reached the court of Baba Kedar, wished prosperity for the country and the state. Apart from this, Governor Gurmeet Singh also took stock of the construction work going on in the Kedarnath area. He also met the Tirtha-Purohits. On this occasion, Governor Gurmeet Singh said that his mind feels immense peace by coming to the court of Kedar Baba. The Governor wished everyone Dhanteras and Diwali while wishing prosperity for the country and the state.
On the other hand, BJP leaders Dushyant Kumar Gautam and Mahendra Bhatt took blessings of Baba-Kedar for the party’s victory in the Kedarnath by-election. BJP state president Mahendra Bhatt said that with the blessings of Kedarnath Baba, BJP will win the by-election. During this, he also met the Tirtha Purohit community and appealed to them to vote in favor of BJP. On this occasion, Chief Priest Kedarnath Shiv Shankar Ling, Kedar Sabha President Rajkumar Tiwari, General Secretary Ankit Semwal, Vinod Shukla were present.
