Dehradun: A huge crowd of people is being seen in the markets for the festival of Diwali. People are buying diyas and firecrackers fiercely. In this episode, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami reached Kumhar Mandi with family to buy lamps and idols, where he bought earthen lamps and idols from shops located on Chakrata Road. Also paid the shopkeepers through digital payment.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that small artisans at the local level make things used in daily life with great hard work. Due to being handmade, the cost of these items is high. He has appealed to all the people to buy handmade local products as much as possible, so that the livelihood of the people associated with this profession is also maintained and local products are also promoted.
