Dehradun: Uttarakhandi imprint will be seen in everything from food to entertainment in Ayurveda Congress and Arogya Expo-2024. More than two dozen hill items will be served in the plate of delegates from the country and abroad. The menu for four days has been prepared. Two days have been fixed for cultural programs, in which Mangal Gayan to Chholiya and other Uttarakhandi dances will be presented.
This world-class event is going to be held from 12 to 15 December at Parade Ground Dehradun. During this, there will be deep brainstorming on Ayurveda. On this big occasion, steps have also been taken to promote hill culture. According to AYUSH Secretary Ravinath Raman, a glimpse of Uttarakhand culture will be seen in the food of the delegates and the cultural programs to be held during this period.

Manduva roti, homemade butter, ghat stuffed roti baked in ghee, potato thichwani, bhatt ki chutkani, jhangora rice, singori mithai, banana gulgula, white roasted bhatt and sesame chutney.
15 December 2024
Manduva roti, homemade butter, sesame kuchai, Bhatt ki chutkani, Chamba rajma, red sathi bhaat, ghugti, aske, yellow rai chutney.
