Dehradun: Frankfurt (Germany) Member of Parliament Rahul Kumar Kamboj met Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami at the Chief Minister’s residence on Saturday. Haridwar MP and former Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat was also present on this occasion.
There was a detailed discussion between the Chief Minister and the Frankfurt Member of Parliament on the subject of connecting the youth of the state with skill development and employment. The Chief Minister said that under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, special emphasis is being laid on skill development by the state government. Under the Chief Minister’s Skill Upgradation and Global Employment Scheme, the youth of the state are getting employment opportunities in Japan.
The Chief Minister said that in view of the demand for skilled labor force in Germany, the state government is continuously working to provide skills to the youth as per modern and global standards. The state government is taking concrete steps to connect the youth of the state with employment abroad.
On this occasion, Frankfurt MP Advisor Saurabh Bhagat, Chief Secretary Mrs. Radha Raturi, Principal Secretary R. K. Sudhanshu, Secretary Vinay Shankar Pandey, Additional Secretary C Ravishankar, Director of Healthcare Kapil Kumar were present.
