Tanakpur: Dhami said – Tanakpur will be developed as a smart city, the process of opening SIDCUL in Tanakpur-Banbasa is in motion

Tanakpur: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that Tanakpur will soon be developed as a smart city. CM Dhami said that for the first time in the 38th National Games, a rafting demo will be done in the Kali river in Tanakpur from Charan Mandir to Boom. During this, he appealed to vote in support of party candidate Vipin Kumar Verma. CM Pushkar Singh Dhami sounded the election bugle in Tanakpur on Friday. During this, CM Dhami was welcomed by BJP workers and local women with Chholia dance in Tanakpur-Banbasa by applying tilak. The program was presided over by BJP District President Nirmal Mehra and conducted by District General Secretary Puran Mehra.

The CM said that the process of opening SIDCUL in Tanakpur-Banbasa is in motion. Apart from this, he counted all the development schemes including construction of Sharda Corridor on the lines of Rishikesh, making Tanakpur a smart city, improvement of internal roads, renovation of 365 leases, construction of Ayurvedic hospital. He said that for the first time in the 38th National Games, rafting demo will be done in the Kali river of Tanakpur from Charan Mandir to Boom. Due to which Tanakpur will set a new dimension in the country in the field of sports. He appealed to the people to vote as much as possible in support of BJP candidate Vipin Kumar Verma for the post of Municipal Chairman.

A total of seven people including former Vyapar Mandal President took membership of BJP. During this, CM Dhami honored them by draping a shawl. Impressed by the policies of BJP and CM, former Vyapar Mandal President Rakesh Agarwal, former Treasurer Satya Prakash Gupta, businessman Nikhil Agarwal, former councilor Rajesh Gupta, Saurav Agarwal, Hayat Singh Bisht, Kumaon Crusher Anuj Agarwal took membership of BJP.
