Kumaon Commissioner Deepak Rawat inaugurated the fair. The fair started with colorful tableaux in the city. Kumaon Commissioner Deepak Rawat and District Magistrate Ashish Bhatgain flagged off the tableaux. After the inauguration of Uttarayan Mela in Bageshwar, Kumaon Commissioner Deepak Rawat enthralled the people by singing a wonderful folk song on the request of the people from the stage.
