Uttarakhand Board syllabus will be implemented in 117 madrasas of the state, Waqf Board issued order

Dehradun: Uttarakhand Board syllabus will be implemented in 117 madrasas of the state. According to Waqf Board Chairman Shadab Shams, an order has been issued by the board to all madrasa managers in this regard. After the implementation of the state board syllabus, children will not study Tahtania and Foukania in these madrasas. They will also not be taught Munshi and Maulvi.

These days, action is being taken to seal the madrasas running without recognition in the state. After the instructions of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, 171 madrasas have been sealed so far. Meanwhile, the Uttarakhand Waqf Board has decided that in all the madrasas registered with the Waqf Board, the children will be taught the same subjects like Hindi, English, Science, Mathematics, Social Science, History, Geography etc. which are being taught in the government schools of Uttarakhand Board. In which Sanskrit will be an optional subject.

CEO of Waqf Board SS Usman, in an order to the managers, administrators, mutawalli and management committees of all the madrasas registered with the board, said, coordinate with the Chief Education Officer’s office to get the madrasas run under their management recognized by the Uttarakhand Education Board.

If any kind of difficulty arises in this work, then give written information about it to the Board office. If any madrasa management does not follow the order, then action will be taken against it. The Waqf Board has also written to the Director Secondary Education in this regard to instruct all the CEOs to cooperate at their level.

These madrasas of the state will be made model madrasas. In which children will study the curriculum implemented in government schools.
