Dehradun: Terrorists opened fire on tourists in Pahalgam in Anantnag district of Jammu and Kashmir. Many tourists are reported to have been killed in this attack. At present, security forces are cordoning off the area and conducting a large-scale search operation. At the same time, this terrorist attack is being condemned everywhere. Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has also described this incident as an attack on the values ​​​​of culture, peace and humanity.

Indiscriminate firing on tourists in Pahalgam

According to the information, today i.e. on April 22, terrorists opened indiscriminate fire on tourists in a grass field called Baisaran in Pahalgam in Anantnag district of Jammu and Kashmir. In which many tourists were injured. Whereas, more than 26 tourists are feared to have been killed. In which foreign tourists are also said to be included. It is being told that this place can be reached only on foot or by horses.

According to eyewitnesses, the gunmen opened fire on the tourists from very close range. After this terrorist attack, security has been increased in the entire Pahalgam area. All vehicles are being thoroughly checked and the deployment of security forces has also been increased. At the same time, there is an atmosphere of anger in the whole country regarding this incident. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has also reacted to the Pahalgam terror attack.

Two minutes of silence was observed paying tribute to the tourists killed in the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, East Jammu and Kashmir. This heart-wrenching incident has shaken the entire country.
