Dehradun: Ramesh Kumar Sudhanshu, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister and Principal Officer of Forest, Environment and Climate Change Department in the Government of Uttarakhand, has been included in the panel selected by the Government of India for the posts of Additional Secretary level. With this achievement, the doors of appointment to higher posts in the Central Government have opened for him.
1997 batch IAS officer Ramesh Kumar Sudhanshu comes from Uttarakhand cadre. In his administrative experience of more than two decades, he has played an influential role in many important dimensions of policy-making, implementation and leadership. Currently, he is the Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami as well as leading the Forest, Environment and Climate Change departments of the state.
