PM Modi’s Uttarakhand visit postponed due to bad weather, PM was to give the message of winter travel from Mukhaba on 27 February, now expected to come in early March

Dehradun: Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Uttarkashi has been postponed due to bad weather. PM was scheduled to visit Mukhaba and Harshil, the winter residence of Gangotri, to give the message of winter travel. Now he may come in March. The state government was preparing according to the possibility of his arrival on 27 February. But the Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert of rain and snowfall at high altitudes on that day. In view of this, the PM’s visit has been postponed for the time being. Now the PM is expected to come by March 5.

Let us tell you that on Monday, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami also reached Mukhaba-Harsil to take stock of the preparations.
