Dehradun: CM Pushkar Singh Dhami has been on the front since the avalanche incident in Chamoli. Yesterday he did an aerial survey of the site of the incident. This morning he again reached the Disaster Operations Center. Here he took information from the officials about the relief and rescue operations going on in Chamoli.
Four laborers are missing, search continues
According to the district administration, there was news of 55 laborers being trapped during the avalanche. Now it has come to light that one laborer had already gone to his home. There were only 54 laborers there. Out of which 50 have been rescued. Out of which four have died. The search for four missing is on.
SDRF team leaves with cameras in search of laborers
As per the instructions of Inspector General of Police SDRF Ridhim Aggarwal, the team has left by helicopter with Victim Locating and Thermal Image Camera. This team will now search for the workers with cameras.
