CM Dhami took feedback of complaints received on CM Helpline 1905 again, complainants expressed gratitude to Dhami for resolving problems

Dehradun: To check how promptly the departments are working on the instructions given for resolving the complaints lodged on CM Helpline 1905, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Wednesday interacted with several applicants and took feedback. During this, all the complainants told that after the previous guidelines of the Chief Minister, their complaints have now been resolved. For this, he has expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami had reviewed the CM Helpline recently. There were some cases in which the Chief Minister had directed the departments to dispose of them within the stipulated time limit. To know what action was taken at the department level in these cases, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami interacted with several complainants during a meeting with senior officials at the Chief Minister’s residence on Wednesday. In the first case, Uttarkashi resident Lakshmi Devi had complained to the Education Department about not being able to get family pension. In a conversation with the CM, she told that after the previous guidelines of the Chief Minister, the department has approved her family pension. Similarly, Rudraprayag resident Jagdamba Prasad Nautiyal had complained to the Education Department about not being able to pay medical bills. On Wednesday, he also told CM Pushkar Singh Dhami that the pending bills have been paid after the intervention of the Chief Minister. Similarly, Nainital resident Bahadur Singh Bisht, retired from the Horticulture Department, also told CM Pushkar Singh Dhami that in line with the previous guidelines of the CM, the department has paid his GPF. All the complainants have expressed their gratitude to CM Pushkar Singh Dhami for this.

CM showed sensitivity

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami is not only reviewing the complaints registered on the CM Helpline, but he is also keeping an eye on the action taken after the meetings with sensitivity. In this sequence, the CM is now again taking real feedback from the complainants. This is also putting pressure on the departments to show promptness in resolving complaints.

On this occasion Principal Secretary R.K. Sudhanshu, Secretary Shailesh Bagoli, Additional Director General of Police A.P. Anshuman, Garhwal Commissioner Vinay Shankar Pandey, Vice President MDDA Banshidhar Tiwari were present.
