Senior Uttarakhand journalist Rakesh Khanduri passes away, Dhami expresses grief…

Dehradun. Amar Ujala’s state bureau chief Rakesh Khanduri passed away during treatment. Khanduri was working in the Dehradun unit of Amar Ujala.

He was suffering from heart disease for some time. He was undergoing treatment at AIIMS Rishikesh. He had an operation last day. His condition kept deteriorating after the operation.

He breathed his last late on Wednesday/Thursday. CM Dhami, DG Banshidhar Tiwari, along with various journalists, political and social organizations have expressed deep grief over the death of senior journalist Khanduri.

Khanduri also served in Amar Ujala in Himachal Pradesh. For the past several years, he was doing journalism in Dehradun. He used to come to Dehradun from Doiwala to work every day, regardless of the weather. Often on Facebook, he used to play film tunes on the mouth organ. The journalism world is mourning the death of Rakesh Khanduri, who had a decent nature.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami expressed grief over the demise of Rakesh Khanduri, Uttarakhand State Bureau Chief of Amar Ujala. He has prayed to God for peace of the departed soul and patience to the bereaved family.
