Dehradun: Future strategy is going to be decided for various sectors in the state. For this, a big scale Chintan Shivir is going to be organized in the state for the second time. In which all the big bureaucrats and subject experts of the state will brainstorm with new ideas. In this three-day Chintan Shivir, the topic of Socio economic progress and future goals will be discussed.
For the first time in the year 2022, bureaucrats started efforts to find a new direction for the state through Chintan Shivir. Taking this practice forward, a three-day Chintan Shivir is going to be organized once again in the state. It will be organized from 11 to 13 September at the Uttarakhand Administration Academy in Nainital. In which all the IAS officers of the government along with the District Magistrate will also participate.
This time this Chintan Shivir will be organized on the topic Socio economic progress and future goals. That is, during the camp, discussions will be held on the target of schemes for various sectors in the future along with the economic development of the state. In this, a road map will be prepared for the future on topics like transforming cities: mobility, governance and sustainable living, rural entrepreneurship and reverse migration through primary sector intervention, tourism and wellness youth engagement- scaling and employability, sustainable natural resource management.
Three types of action plans or strategies will have to be prepared in the Chintan Shivir. In which the strategy for the next 6 months under the short-term plan, an action plan of 6 months to 2 years as a medium term and a roadmap of 2 years to 5 years as a long term will be prepared. Work is already being done in the state on the basis of these action plans in the Chintan Shivir for 2 years. A document is also being prepared on Uttarakhand Vision 2047.
During the Chintan Shivir, all the officers will show their presentation in the presence of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. The presentations will be based on the schemes or sectors already decided. During this, apart from all the IAS officers of the state, experts from NITI Aayog and many other experts as well as people associated with the industry will also be present.
During this period, the District Magistrate has also been asked to prepare a short-term, medium-term and long-term action plan and give a presentation. The special thing is that during the Chintan Shivir, the districts with the best three road maps in the presentation will also be awarded. Not only this, the two best thematic presentations given by the theme-based groups will also be awarded.
