Dehradun: Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami has approved the approval of a scheme of Rs 12.3 crore for the widening of the Mitthiberi-Parwal road under the work of widening the road from Mitthiberi to Chandni Chowk via Parwal and from Parwal to Vigyan Dham Jhajra under the assembly constituency Sahaspur of Dehradun district. Under the State Plan, the Chief Minister has approved the approval of a scheme of Rs. 3.52 crore for the strengthening of the internal roads of Vasant Vihar Society of the Assembly Constituency Cantt of Dehradun District by BMS SDBC and for the repair work of the damaged internal roads of Keshavrod, National Road, Shiv Colony, Dronpuri, Premnagar Chungi to Mohanpur Power House, Milan Vihar, Rajat Enclave and Park Road under the Assembly Cantt.
The Chief Minister has approved the approval of Rs. 4.91 crore for the construction work of new barracks on the first floor of barrack no. 01, 02 and 06 in the District Jail, Haridwar and Rs. 01 crore for the construction work of new barracks on the first floor of the women barrack.
Along with this, the Chief Minister approved the approval of an amount of Rs 2.89 crore for the construction of government building of 02 hospitals (1-Government Ayurvedic Hospital Molyasera, Tehri Garhwal and Rs 2.5 crore for the construction of government building of 2-Government Ayurvedic Hospital Bangiyal, Tehri Garhwal) operated in the Ayurvedic and Unani Services Department district Tehri.
The Chief Minister has also approved the release of an amount of Rs 7 crore in the revenue head and Rs 67 crore in the capital head for the current financial year 2025-26 for the Uttarakhand Drinking Water Program for World Bank-funded semi-urban areas.
