CM Dhami held a review meeting on the ongoing GST and Swadeshi awareness campaign in the state

Dehradun: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami held a review meeting on the ongoing GST and Swadeshi awareness campaign in the state at the Chief Minister’s residence on Friday. The Chief Minister stated that the new GST rates, implemented on September 22nd, are a significant step for the state’s economy and local industries. The public is now beginning to experience direct benefits. He urged all public representatives to make public awareness activities more comprehensive and effective.

The Chief Minister urged all public representatives to actively promote the campaign in their respective areas and reach out to every small and large business owner in village councils and municipal bodies. He stated that through this campaign, we aim to revolutionize the promotion of indigenous products.

The Chief Minister stated that the Swadeshi campaign will increase the purchase of local products and strengthen the state and national economy. Only by promoting indigenous products can we realize the dream of a self-reliant India and a self-reliant Uttarakhand.

The Chief Minister urged all public representatives to transform this campaign into a mass movement, so that the state and the country can progress. The Chief Minister stated that we will continue to promote the purchase of indigenous products during the upcoming festivals.

Rajya Sabha MP and BJP State President Mahendra Bhatt (virtual), Cabinet Minister Satpal Maharaj, MLA Mrs. Renu Bisht, and other public representatives were present virtually on this occasion.
