Khatima: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami flagged off eight mobile health service vehicles provided by the Hans Foundation, Dehradun, and one jointly provided by Hindustan Zinc and the Mamta Organization from his residence, Nagla Tarai, Khatima, on Thursday.
The Chief Minister stated that these efforts by the Hans Foundation, Hindustan Zinc Company, and the Mamta Organization would be instrumental in expanding healthcare facilities. He stated that mobile healthcare services would be highly beneficial for both urban and rural areas. The public will benefit to the maximum extent from these health facilities.
Project Manager Hans Foundation Yudhveer Singh informed that out of the 08 mobile units provided by the Foundation, 04 mobile units will provide health services in Udham Singh Nagar district and 04 mobile units will provide health services in Nainital district. Hindustan Zinc Company Director Anamika Jha informed that mobile medical vehicles have been started in 04 districts of Rajasthan and 25 villages of Gadarpur and Kichha area of Udham Singh Nagar in Uttarakhand for providing consultation, examination and treatment through doctors, staff nurses and counselors.
On this occasion, Chairman District Panchayat Ajay Maurya, Municipal Council Chairman Ramesh Chandra Joshi, District Magistrate Nitin Singh Bhadoria, Senior Superintendent of Police Manikant Mishra, and others were present.
