Chief Secretary Anand Bardhan inspected FRI, reviewed preparations for the main event to be held on November 9th

Dehradun: Chief Secretary Anand Bardhan visited FRI Dehradun on Saturday to review preparations for the main event to be held on November 9th during the Uttarakhand Silver Jubilee celebrations. On this occasion, the Chief Secretary inquired about the preparations from all concerned officials. He stated that all arrangements, including security, should be foolproof in view of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s expected visit on November 9th.

The Chief Secretary stated that all necessary arrangements should be ensured, given the expected attendance of approximately 60,000 to 70,000 people at the main event to be held on November 9th. He directed that all necessary arrangements be made to ensure that the public does not face any difficulties in entry and exit. In view of the Prime Minister’s program, a comprehensive traffic and parking plan should be developed to ensure that the public does not face any problems in the city’s traffic as they arrive at the event.

DGP Deepam Seth, Secretary Shailesh Bagauli, Dr. B.V.R.C. Purushottam, Vinay Shankar Pandey, Vinod Kumar Suman, Dehradun District Magistrate Savin Bansal, Director General of Information Banshidhar Tiwari, and other senior officials were present on the occasion.
