Dehradun: On the occasion of Uttarakhand’s Silver Jubilee, a three-day Youth Festival began in Dehradun today. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and Sports Minister Rekha Arya inaugurated the festival. The participation of youth and cultural artists from across the state filled the entire venue with enthusiasm and energy.
Before the inauguration, the Chief Minister and Minister Rekha Arya inspected all the stalls at the exhibition and also inaugurated a specially designed drone kabaddi arena.
The Chief Minister stated that the state government is implementing various schemes to empower youth. Youth will play a key role in making India a global leader and economic superpower.
Minister Rekha Arya stated that the state’s youth power holds the potential to realize the dream of a developed India by 2047. The state government is continuously striving to promote youth skill development, employment-oriented education, sports, and other creative activities.
