Roorkee: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the government is continuously working towards making Uttarakhand the spiritual capital of the world. Just as the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has enhanced the prestige of India’s Sanatan culture worldwide, work has been carried out under his direction on the construction of the grand Ram Temple, the reconstruction of the Badrinath-Kedarnath Dham, and the Kashi Vishwanath Corridor. Similarly, important works such as the restoration of the Yamuna Tirtha site, the Haridwar-Rishikesh Corridor, the Sharda Corridor, and the establishment of the Center for Hindu Studies at Doon University are being undertaken in Uttarakhand.

The government is running Operation Kalanemi. Earlier, the Chief Minister, along with his wife Geeta Dhami, offered oblations in a yagna (fire sacrifice). He worshipped Bajrang Bali and inaugurated various projects.

During the five-day religious and social festival held at Jeevandeep Ashram, the Chief Minister stated that the government is fully committed to protecting the cultural values ​​and social structure of the state.

Anti-conversion laws and strict anti-riot laws are in place in the state. Strict action has been taken against jihadi mentalities such as land jihad, love jihad, and spit jihad. More than ten thousand acres of government land has been freed from land jihad. The Uniform Civil Code has been implemented in the state.

A strict anti-counterfeiting law has been enacted. More than 26 thousand youth have found employment. More than 250 illegal madrasas involved in illegal activities have been sealed, and a new law has been implemented to abolish the Madrasa Board, following which non-standard madrasas will automatically close from July 1, 2026. Mahamandaleshwar Yatindranand Giri Maharaj of the Juna Akhara stated that the government is working rapidly under the leadership of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. The Chief Minister also announced that Eidgah Chowk would be renamed Shaheed Chowk.

Worshiped 1100 girls, blessed six brides and grooms
