CM inspects camp organized in Khairiman Singh under the ‘Government for the People, at the Doorstep of the People’ campaign

Dehradun: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Friday inspected a Nyaya Panchayat level camp organized in Khairiman Singh of Raipur block under Dehradun district to assess the ground-level implementation of the ‘Government for the People, at the Doorstep of the People’ campaign. On this occasion, the Chief Minister inquired about the status of redressal of public grievances at the multi-purpose camp organized under the ‘Administration towards the Village’ program and received feedback regarding the campaign.

The Chief Minister also inspected the stalls set up by various departments at the camp and reviewed the arrangements made on the spot to benefit the villagers with the government’s public welfare schemes and services. On this occasion, assistive devices were also distributed to 102 differently-abled and elderly people.

Chief Minister Dhami gave clear instructions to the officers to ensure quick, transparent and satisfactory resolution of public grievances. He said that the objective of the ‘Government for the People, at the Doorstep of the People’ campaign is to ensure the reach of government schemes and services to the last person in the queue, therefore, it is necessary to conduct this campaign with complete sensitivity, responsibility and effectiveness.

On this occasion, MLA Umesh Sharma, Block Head Sarojini Jawadi, District Panchayat member Veer Singh Chauhan and other public representatives, along with Chief Development Officer Abhinav Shah, SDM Hari Giri, Project Director Vikram Singh, District Development Officer Sunil Kumar and district-level officers of various departments were also present.
