State President says, the claims are baseless
Amidst the rumors of a change of CM in Uttarakhand, a major statement has come from BJP State President Mahendra Bhatt. On Sunday, the State President, who had arrived in Gopeshwar in Chamoli district for the inauguration of the CM Championship, completely dismissed the talk of a change of Chief Minister. He clarified that there is no possibility of a change of CM in the state. Mahendra Bhatt said that the BJP is a disciplined and collective decision-making party. In the BJP, all important decisions are taken collectively and under the organizational process. On the questions being raised about a change of CM, the state BJP president said that this is completely baseless and unfounded speculation. He praised the leadership of CM Pushkar Singh Dhami and said that the current government is doing good work in the state.
