Dehradun: A review meeting was held at the Secretariat with the Association of Tirtha Purohits, related hotel associations, Panda Panchayats and various stakeholders associated with it regarding the successful conduct of Chardham Yatra and the proposed Chardham Yatra Authority under the chairmanship of Additional Chief Secretary Anand Vardhan. In the meeting, extensive discussions were held regarding the successful and systematic conduct of Chardham Yatra. Written suggestions were shared by various stakeholders regarding smooth connectivity of traffic in Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri and Yamunotri Dham, ease of registration and darshan of common pilgrims, parking, toilets, cleanliness and security etc.
