Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami today openly expressed his views on the paper leak incident in Uttarakhand. He made a significant statement, stating that it is his responsibility to ensure justice for students as long as he is alive. The Chief Minister questioned why the question paper only reached certain individuals. He also stated that it was the responsibility of those who received the question paper to immediately report it. CM Dhami stated that false propaganda was spread regarding this entire issue, and an attempt was made to create confusion among the public by calling it a paper leak.

Dhami stated that the anti-cheating law was enacted during his tenure, and as long as he is Chief Minister, it is his responsibility to ensure justice for the state’s students. He sarcastically stated that some people are trying to exploit students’ political influence and that the youth are being misled.

He also stated that the interests of students are paramount, and the government will not shy away from a CBI investigation if necessary. Currently, the SIT is investigating the matter, and everyone should await the report.

Regarding former Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat’s demand for a CBI investigation, he stated that non-serious questions should not be raised on this serious issue. Dhami made it clear that the government is conducting the investigation seriously and no one guilty will be spared.

It should be noted that three pages of the Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UKSSSC) question paper were found missing from an examination center in Haridwar on September 21st. Notably, the question paper went viral on social media just 35 minutes after the exam began. The Special Investigation Team (SIT) has so far arrested the main accused, Khalid, and his sister, Safia, and suspended two police officers, including an assistant professor, a sector magistrate, and an SI.
