Dehradun : DM Dehradun has taken major action against corruption. DM has suspended the Assistant Development Officer on the matter of irregularity. Along with this, a case has also been registered against the Assistant Development Officer under serious sections. DM said that no action will be taken against those who promote fraud and corruption.
Let us tell you that while taking action against corruption, Assistant Development Officer Panchayat of Doiwala Rajendra Singh Gusain has been suspended on the orders of DM Dehradun Savin Bansal. The Assistant Development Officer has been immediately suspended and a case has been registered against him in Dalanwala police station for changing the name of District Panchayat Territorial Constituency Sahab Nagar to Khairi Khurd under Area Panchayat Doiwala without taking cognizance of the higher officials and for other irregularities. This action has been taken after investigation on the complaint letter of District President, Pradhan Organization Dehradun and Village Heads of Development Block Doiwala.
It was told in the complaint letter that Village Head Pratit Nagar Anil Kumar was being harassed mentally and financially by the Assistant Development Officer. The officer was also accused of working without the consent of the Village Heads and putting up sign boards without consent and forcibly pressurizing the Village Heads and demanding money for the sign boards etc. After the investigation was conducted by the District Magistrate, the facts were found to be correct. After which a case has been registered against the Assistant Development Officer Panchayat Doiwala under various sections.
