Dehradun: Another transfer order has been issued from Uttarakhand Secretariat. There has been a change in the responsibilities of three IAS officers. The names of officers whose responsibilities have been changed include Harish Chandra Semwal, Deependra Chaudhary and Ashish Bhatgai. The responsibility of Secretary Human Rights Commission has been taken back from Harish Chandra Semwal. Actually, Harish Chandra Semwal’s health had deteriorated recently. After this, the responsibility of their departments is being given to other officers. This responsibility, which was removed from Harish Chandra Semwal, has been given to Deependra Chaudhary. IAS Ashish Bhatgai has been given the responsibility of Director Administration and Monitoring, Pantnagar Agricultural University. Before this, he was also looking after the responsibility of Director Social Welfare. Apart from this, the responsibility of Home has been taken back from Additional Secretary of Secretariat Service Atar Singh. Atar Singh was looking after this responsibility for a long time. In such a situation, he himself had requested the Chief Secretary to be relieved from this responsibility. It is believed that some officers of the police department were also under heavy pressure regarding this. Atar Singh also no longer had the desire to work in this department.
Dinesh Pratap Singh has been rewarded for his work among PCS officers. He is handling the responsibility of Doiwala Sugar Mill. In the recent past, he has made the sugar mill profitable. It is being told that in view of his work, he has now been given the additional responsibility of Principal Manager Sugar Mill Nadehi.
Mohammad Nasir has got the responsibility of Joint Director Dr. RS Tolia of Uttarakhand Administration Academy. This responsibility has been removed from Kaustubh Mishra. Jitendra Kumar has got the responsibility of Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Roorkee. The responsibility of Municipal Commissioner Municipal Corporation Roorkee has been taken back from Vijaynath Shukla. However, he has been made Secretary, District Development Authority, Nainital. Besides, the General Manager has been given additional responsibility of Kumaon Mandal Development Corporation.
Pankaj Upadhyay, who was in controversy regarding the Banbhulpura dispute in Udham Singh Nagar, has been given the additional responsibility of Secretary District Development Authority Udham Singh Nagar.
