Bhatt replaced by Tamta, Ajay Tamta got a place in Modi cabinet, this is how the equations of Uttarakhand were balanced

Dehradun: Ajay Bhatt, who won the Nainital-Udham Singh Nagar Lok Sabha seat with the highest number of votes, has not been given a chance to be a part of the Modi cabinet this time. In his place, Ajay Tamta, who won the Almora-Pithoragarh Lok Sabha seat adjacent to the Nainital Lok Sabha seat, is being taken into the cabinet. It is believed that an attempt has been made to balance all the equations behind taking Ajay Tamta in the Prime Minister’s team. That is why Ajay Tamta has been chosen from among the MPs who won from five Lok Sabha seats.

It is being told that this time too Ajay Bhatt was hoping to join the Modi cabinet by winning with the highest number of votes. Earlier he was given the important responsibility of Minister of State for Tourism and Defense. But after the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, he has not been given a chance in the team being formed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the third time. It is being told that Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself had assessed the performance of all the MPs who were cabinet ministers. And after this, only those MPs who gave better performance have been repeated in the third term this time. However, Ajay Bhatt lagged behind in terms of being repeated and he did not get attention this time.

Attempt to balance caste equations: An attempt has been made to balance caste equations in terms of Uttarakhand regarding the Modi cabinet. It is believed that this time efforts were made to balance the caste in the state by giving priority to the Scheduled Caste MP in Uttarakhand. Actually, Pushkar Singh Dhami is in power as the Chief Minister in Uttarakhand. In this way, a Thakur leader has been given command in the government. On the other hand, in the Bharatiya Janata Party, Mahendra Bhatt’s face has been given priority over the Brahmin face as the party state president. While the OBC community has also been given representation through Kalpana Saini for the Rajya Sabha. In such a situation, to balance the caste equations, Ajay Tamta, who comes from the Scheduled Caste community, has now been given a chance.

In this way, all the speculations being made about Anil Baluni and Trivendra Singh Rawat have proved wrong. However, Ajay Tamta has previously worked under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Ajay Tamta was given the responsibility as Minister of State within the Modi cabinet in the first term.
