Dehradun: A big update has come regarding the 38th National Games in Uttarakhand. The sports calendar for the 38th National Games has been released. GTCC (Games Technical Conduct Committee) has given the details of the possible dates of the events to the Uttarakhand Sports Department. In which all the teams have been informed to reach two days before the event.
Sports Minister Rekha Arya has shared this information on the social media platform X. Sports Minister Rekha Arya wrote, ‘I am very happy to tell you all that today we have moved one step further towards the successful organization of the 38th National Games. GTCC has sent the possible dates of the entire sports program, venue and different events. Along with this, the players of the state have to strengthen their resolve which will take them to the peak.
Further Sports Minister Rekha Arya wrote that according to the possible program decided, the team of every event will come to Uttarakhand two days before the start of the event. We are eager to welcome all the players and supporting staff. All preparations are being made to welcome them in Devbhoomi.
Events will be held at these places: Archery, Athletics, Rugby Sevens, Weightlifting, Judo, Basketball 5X5, Basketball 5X5, Gymnastics, Netball, Wushu, Bowling Loan, Shooting (Rifle, Pistol), Tennis, Table Tennis, Badminton, Squash, Golf in Dehradun of Garhwal Division, Extreme Salom, Salom, Beach Handball, Beach Volleyball, Beach Kabaddi in Shivpuri Rishikesh, Hockey, Wrestling, Kabaddi in Haridwar, Kayaking and Canoeing, Rowing competitions in Tehri Koti Colony.
At the same time, Football, Kho-Kho, Swimming, Taekwondo competitions will be held in Haldwani of Kumaon Division, Cycling MTB in Bhimtal, Mallakhamb in Khatima, Volleyball, Handball, Cycling Track, Cycling Road, Shooting Trap in Rudrapur, Rafting in Tanakpur, Boxing in Pithoragarh, Yogasana competition in Almora.
