Bihar: Four IAS Officers Reshuffled, Kumar Ravi Transferred To CM’s Secretariat

The government of Bihar has lately transferred four IAS officers across the state. IAS Kumar Ravi (2005 batch), the former District Magistrate of Patna who is considered to be a close aide to Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, was transferred directly to the Chief Minister’s Secretariat. Mr. Mayank Warwade, a 2001 batch IAS officer, has been made the new Commissioner of Patna. Mr. Thiyagarajan S M (2011 batch) will hold the responsibility of Commissioner of Magadh Division as well as Additional Director General of Gaya till further orders. Mr. Pankaj Kumar Pal (2002 batch), the incumbent Secretary in the Rural Development Department, has been given the additional responsibility of the Energy Department and also Secretary to the Department of Energy.
