On the fifth day, along with the Appropriation Bill, the government also got the budget of 29 important departments passed in the House. During this, many issues were also discussed in detail. Today, on the fifth day of the ongoing budget session in Uttarakhand Assembly, the budget was discussed department wise. Where the budget of 29 different departments was placed in the House. They were discussed. Opposition MLAs raised questions on the poor performance of many departments. The opposition also put forward the budget cut proposal of these departments. Due to the majority in favor of the government, Congress could not obstruct the budget proposal of any department. While on one hand the annual budget 2025-26 of the government was passed with the Appropriation Bill, the budget of 29 important subjects was also passed on Saturday. These departments got this much budget
₹81 crore 62 lakhs has been sanctioned for the department of elections.
₹18190 crore 74 lakhs has been sanctioned for finance, tax, planning, secretariat and other services.
₹161 crore 46 lakh 62 thousand has been sanctioned under cooperation.
₹1897 crore 73 lakhs has been sanctioned to meet the required amount to pay the expenses under irrigation and flood.
₹478 crore 76 lakhs has been sanctioned to meet the expenses under the tourism department.
₹653 crore 07 lakhs has been sanctioned for horticultural development.
An amount of ₹11909 crore 19 lakh has been approved to meet the required amount for education, sports and youth welfare and culture.
An amount of ₹1114 crore 83 lakh has been approved to meet the required amount to pay the expenses under forest.
An amount of ₹3967 crore 03 lakh has been approved to meet the required amount to pay the expenses under water supply, housing and urban development.
An amount of ₹1259 crore 94 lakh 66 thousand has been approved under agricultural work and research.
Under medical and family welfare, the government approved a budget amount of ₹4292 crore 95 lakh 35 thousand.
The government has approved a sum of ₹2856 crore 02 lakh 02 thousand to pay the expenses incurred under rural development.
The government has approved a budget of ₹2882 crore 08 lakh 20 thousand for the Public Works Department (PWD).
A budget of ₹932 crore 94 lakh 22 thousand was passed in the budget for the Animal Husbandry Department.
A provision of ₹508 crore 89 lakh 44 thousand rupees was made in the budget for the Department of Labor and Employment.
