New Delhi: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has got six new Deputy Inspector General (DIGs). One IPS officer has been appointed as DIG while five IPS officers serving as SP have been promoted as DIG. The names of these officers are as follows.
- Sumedha (IPS: 2005: HP) has been inducted as Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) in the CBI for a period of five years.
- Dr Gagandeep Singhla (IPS: 2020: RJ), SP, CBI, has been inducted as DIG for a period of five years up to 11.01. 2029.
- K Siva Subramani (IPS: 2010: OD), SP, CBI, has been appointed as DIG for a period up to 28.11.2026.
- Dhurat Saayali Savlaram (IPS: 2010: BH), SP, CBI has been appointed as DIG for a period up to 26.10.2027.
- P Murugan (IPS: 2010: JH), SP CBI, has been appointed as DIG for a period up to 16.03.2025.
- Rajeev (IPS: 2010: AM), SP CBI, has been appointed as DIG for a period up to 10.10.2027.
- Jai Singh Meena (IPS: 2010: TR), SP CBI, has been appointed as DIG for a period up to 18.07.2026.
