Centre: Multiple IAS Officers Transferred Across Regions, Bipul Pathak Moved from J&K to Delhi

The Ministry of Home Affairs has announced the transfer and posting of several Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers from the Arunachal Pradesh, Goa, Mizoram, and Union Territories (AGMUT) cadre, effective immediately.

This decision, approved by the Competent Authority, is part of a routine administrative reshuffling aimed at enhancing governance and efficiency.

The order, signed by Rakesh Kumar Singh, Under Secretary to the Government of India, details the following transfers:

  • Bipul Pathak (IAS 1992) has been moved from Jammu & Kashmir to Delhi.
  • M Raju (IAS 2005) is now transferred from Puducherry to Jammu & Kashmir.
  • Saugat Biswas (IAS 2006) has been reassigned from Arunachal Pradesh to Jammu & Kashmir.
  • Dr. Rashmi Singh (IAS 2007) is also transferred from Jammu & Kashmir to Delhi.
  • Yasha Mudgal (IAS 2007) has moved from Jammu & Kashmir to Puducherry.
  • Ram Niwas Sharma (IAS 2010) is transferred from Delhi to Jammu & Kashmir.
  • Y V V J Rajasekhar (IAS 2012) has been reassigned from Delhi to Arunachal Pradesh.
  • Nidhi Malik (IAS 2013) has been moved from Delhi to Jammu & Kashmir.
