- Urban Administration Department promoted 30 IAS officers.
- 10 officers from the 2012 batch will be granted the Senior Class Pay Scale.
- 18 officers from the 2016 batch, including Public Relations Commissioner Mr. Ravi Mittal, will be upgraded to the Junior Administrative Pay Scale.
- Two officers from the 2021 batch will receive the Senior Pay Scale.
Mr. Abhijit Singh (2012-batch IAS officer) has been appointed as the Special Secretary, Home and Jail Department, with an additional charge as Special Secretary, Medical Education Department.
