Chief Minister Dhami kept fighting on the front of natural disaster on his birthday, bigwigs including the Prime Minister gave their best wishes

Dehradun: On the occasion of his 50th birthday on September 16, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami was seen fighting on the front of disaster management in the state since morning. On Tuesday, the Chief Minister took stock of the disaster-affected area in the morning itself and gave necessary instructions to the officials for relief and rescue work.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami had already decided a day earlier not to organize any kind of celebration or formal event on the occasion of his birthday falling on Tuesday, September 16. Announcing to celebrate his birthday with simplicity and service, the Chief Minister had also appealed to the supporters to follow simplicity. Here, on Tuesday early morning, when the news of disaster came in many places in the state, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami also forgot the happiness of the birthday and got busy in disaster management. The Chief Minister asked the District Magistrates for the details of the damage caused by the disaster in the early morning itself. Also, before nine o’clock, he left to take stock of the damage caused by the disaster in Maldevta area in Dehradun. During this, he climbed on the tractor, took stock of the damage, as well as gave instructions to provide all possible help to the affected.

Along with this, the Chief Minister interacted with the public by participating virtually in the Tehsil Diwas programs organized in all the tehsils across the state from the Chief Minister’s residence. He listened to the problems of the people and directed the concerned officials to resolve them immediately. The Chief Minister said that Tehsil Diwas is a strong platform for resolving the problems of the common man and the government’s goal is that every complaint should be resolved within the stipulated time.

Prime Minister, Home Minister and dignitaries including Chief Ministers of many states of the country have sent best wishes to Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on his birthday. In his congratulatory message, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that Chief Minister Dhami is playing an important role in the all-round development of Uttarakhand. Home Minister Amit Shah said in his message that Chief Minister Dhami is continuously working for the progress of Devbhoomi along with poor welfare under the leadership of the Prime Minister. Along with this, Union Ministers Nitin Gadkari, Dharmendra Pradhan, Manohar Lal Khattar, Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, Uttarakhand Governor Legislature (Retd.) Gurmeet Singh, UP CM Yogi Adityanath, Goa CM Pramod Sawant, Rajasthan CM Bhajanlal Sharma, MP CM Dr. Mohanlal Yadav, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla and many other veterans have also sent birthday wishes to the Chief Minister.
